Skolvo is not an agency. There is no client queue and nothing ends at handover — we launch independent products and own them afterwards, including the parts that are unglamorous forever.

Both products were chosen the same way: find work where the manual process is already expensive, and where the person paying for it in hours cannot spare them.

What it does
One system for the three things that quietly break a school: attendance, fees, and the twenty parent enquiries a day nobody has time to answer. Biometric attendance closes the register in seconds instead of a teaching period. Fee reminders send themselves on a schedule. A parent-facing AI assistant handles the routine questions — balance, attendance, timetable — without a staff member picking up the phone.
Who it is for
Private schools and academies running two hundred to two thousand students on spreadsheets, paper registers, and one administrator who is already at capacity.
Why it matters
Administrative hours are the only resource a school cannot buy more of. Every hour this takes back is an hour that goes to teaching. That is the entire pitch, and it survives contact with a headteacher.

FDA Regulatory Watchdog

Regulatory monitoring that reads the whole feed so a person doesn't.

What it does
It watches United States FDA activity continuously — clearances, recalls, warning letters, draft guidance — and surfaces only the items that touch a client's device class, with the reason for the match attached. Everything else it discards without asking for attention. The output is a short list a regulatory consultant can act on, not a digest they have to triage.
Who it is for
Regulatory consultants and small medical device companies with no full-time regulatory affairs department — the firms where this job is somebody's fourth responsibility.
Why it matters
One missed notice can stall a product line or invalidate a submission. The current alternative is a person reading government publications every morning, which is expensive when it works and quiet when it fails.
