Skolvo is not an agency. There is no client queue and nothing ends at handover — we launch independent products and own them afterwards, including the parts that are unglamorous forever.

All three products were chosen the same way: find work where the manual process is already expensive, and where the person paying for it in hours cannot spare them.

What it does
One system for the three things that quietly break a school: attendance, fees, and the twenty parent enquiries a day nobody has time to answer. Biometric attendance closes the register in seconds instead of a teaching period. Fee reminders send themselves on a schedule. A parent-facing AI assistant handles the routine questions — balance, attendance, timetable — without a staff member picking up the phone.
Who it is for
Private schools and academies running two hundred to two thousand students on spreadsheets, paper registers, and one administrator who is already at capacity.
Why it matters
Administrative hours are the only resource a school cannot buy more of. Every hour this takes back is an hour that goes to teaching. That is the entire pitch, and it survives contact with a headteacher.

FDA intelligence whose claims can show where they came from.

What it does
It holds roughly 338,000 public FDA device records, matches them against separate client watch terms, and assembles consultant-ready briefs from verified fact sets. The model may select and order facts; it cannot invent one. Scheduled production monitoring is not running yet, and the product says so.
Who it is for
Independent medical-device consultants who monitor several client portfolios without the budget or staffing of an enterprise regulatory department.
Why it matters
In regulated work, a fluent unsupported sentence is a liability. Source provenance, client separation and explicit data limitations are part of the product model rather than footnotes added after generation.

03.3Live workspace

Skolvo Agent

Job discovery and preparation with policy gates around consequential actions.

What it does
It discovers public listings, preserves source provenance, separates hard eligibility from match quality, and prepares evidence-grounded application material. Unsupported claims, uncertain answers, CAPTCHA, MFA and policy ambiguity stop the affected action rather than being worked around.
Who it is for
Candidates who want a structured application workspace without handing an opaque automation system permission to speak or submit on their behalf.
Why it matters
Finding a role and applying to it are different risk levels. Keeping discovery useful while consequential external writes remain gated makes the system faster without making it careless.
