   Hired to build. Finished as a shareholder who also taught the class.

   • Joined to build machine learning features and ship application work — model side and product side, same person.
   • Ended the engagement holding a 5% stake in the company. The work outgrew the job description before the contract did.
   • Co-taught a cohort of interns through a full build: a hostel and hotel management system in Flutter and Firebase, empty repository to working product.
   • Teaching it changed how I write it. You cannot hand-wave architecture to someone who has to implement it on Monday.

   Skolvo

   Founder

   I stopped waiting for someone else's brief.

   • Skolvo is a studio, not an agency. We launch independent products and keep them: no client queue, no hourly billing, no deliverable that ends at handover.
   • Two products are in build — CampusNova and FDA Regulatory Watchdog. Different industries, same thesis: pick work where the cost of the manual process is already being paid, in hours, by someone who cannot spare them.
   • Everything downstream of that decision — pricing, architecture, who I hire — gets easier once you refuse to build things nobody is already losing money on.

   Intern

   Founding a company is not a reason to stop being taught.

   • I am an intern here, on purpose, while running my own studio. The two are not in tension.
   • Being in someone else's codebase is the fastest way to learn how a team that ships at scale actually makes decisions — what they standardise, what they tolerate, what they refuse.
   • I take what works back to Skolvo the same week.
